The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in trust and estate planning, and administration. They should have a deep understanding of estate planning strategies and tax laws and excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with clients and colleagues.
Responsibilities:
- Handles all aspects of trust and estate planning, and administration, including drafting and reviewing legal documents, advising clients, and representing clients in court.
- Provides superior legal advice and guidance to clients on estate planning strategies, tax implications, and other related matters.
Requirements:
- JD from an accredited law school and licensed to practice law in California.
- 2+ years of experience in trust and estate planning, administration, and litigation.
- Extensive knowledge of estate planning strategies and tax laws.
